Take exit 407 onto sr 66 south (winfield dunn parkway) which becomes us 441 south after 8 miles (at mm 15.6). stay straight onto us 441 another 4 miles to pigeon forge light 1. (you will pass mm 12.6 where pigeon forge begins at light #0.) turn right at light #1 (henderson chapel rd.)
